양쯔강 자락에 위치한 쑤저우, 양저우는 장쑤성이 품은 3000년 역사의 고도(古都)들이다.

장쑤성에만 2,900여 개의 하천과 호수가 도시와 마을을 연결하며 낱낱이 이어진다.

삼국지 오나라의 본거지였던 장쑤성은 위치상으로는 베이징과 상하이 사이에 자리 잡고 있다.

장쑤성이 품은 도시들은 각각 자기 색깔로 눈길을 끈다.

 

Suzhou, Yangzhou located at the foot of the Yangtze River are old cities of 3000 years long history that Jiangsu was brooding over. Jiangsu has 2900 rivers and lakes Which connects the towns and cities.

쑤저우[ Suzhou, 蘇州(소주) ] 에 들어섰다면 또 반드시 들려야 하는 곳이 산탕지에다.

 ‘동양의 베네치아’라는 별칭을 가지고 있다.

Suzhou's attraction is Santangjiae.

It is called Venice of the east.

 

중국의 옛 수로마을을 간직하고 있는 산탕지에.

전통 가게들이 좌우에 늘어서서 있다.

 

Santangjiae keeps China's old canal villages.

중국 쑤저우. 호치우타

 송나라 때 건립된 것으로 북서쪽으로 약간 기울어져 있으며, 높이는 47.5m이다.

Hochiuta  which had been built in Song Dynasty leaned a little to the Northwest, and  its height was 47.5m.

양저우

 [Yangzhou, 揚州(양주)]

 

 

양쯔강과 운하가 합류하는 곳에 위치한 양저우는 고대 상업도시와 장쩌민 전 주석의 고향으로 명성 높다.

양저우에서는 청나라의 옛 귀족들이 그랬듯 배를 타고 수서호 관광에 나선다.

 

Yangzhou which is located in confluence of the Yangtze river and canal is famous for ancient commercial city

and also  hometown of former President Jiang Zemin.

Visitors go on a sightseeing tour on a boat in Yangzhou like old aristocrats of the Qing Dynasty.

장쑤성의 관문인 난징 공항으로 직항편이 운항한다.

인천에서 2시간 소요된다.

날씨는 여름이면 다소 무더운 편이고, 겨울에도 영하로 내려가는 일이 드물다.

장쑤성에 가면 중국 4대 요리중 하나인 회양요리를 맛본다.

두부를 가늘게 채 썰어 놓은 문사 두부 스프나 게살과 삼겹살을 섞어 만든 게살 완자탕이 별미다.

It takes 2 hours by flight from Incheon.

The weather is rather hot in summer, down to zero is rare even in winter.

People in Jiansu enjoy one of four big Chinese cooking, hoeyang dish.
